During spring I always want to spend more time outside which means less time in the kitchen and this equation resulted in the recipes I cook up in this video. They go from more complicated to less – in fact the last recipe is barely a recipe it is so easy. But still worth while of course!
There’s fresh cauliflower rice salad with spicy sticky tofu, a crunchy soba noodle salad with fennel and cabbage as well as the easiest lunch you ever made in the shape of red pesto chickpeas and kale on toast.
