We got back from our trip and it felt so nice to make this video of things that we like to eat in spring time cooking in our own kitchen again. While I love trying new things and eating out there is nothing better than feeling inspired in your own home cooking.

I share my current breakfast obsession which doesn’t look pretty but tastes yummy. For lunch I show you how to make vegan okonomiyaki from the e-book and for dinner I cook up this creamy lemon and asparagus pasta. The latter is the perfect dish for the season we’re in right now so jump on the pasta train and go get yourself some asparagus!
