It’s time for some new recipes and what is better than vegan balance bowls!? Or nourish bowls. Or buddha bowls. Whatever you like to call them I have three different combos for you in this video. They are fresh, vibrant and delicious of course. They’re all also very nutritious with a combination of complex carbs, plant protein and an array of veggies.
There’s a Green Spring Balance Bowl with all the green things you can imagine, roasted asparagus and an absolutely delicious basil dressing. Then there’s a Mexican Inspired Balance Bowl because you just can’t go wrong with those flavour combos – it has a tangy cabbage slaw, spicy black beans and a vibrant pineapple salad. Finally there’s the under dog that will surprise you because it is a such a yummy combo and it is the Spicy Beet Balance Bowl. It has marinated beet, beluga lentils and massaged kale all drizzled in the easiest and most scrumptious hummus dressing.
