Sending you all much love in the form of food with this three course menu for Valentine’s this year. It’s my offering in hopes to inspire cosy stay at home celebration dinners powered by plants. Start with the bruschetta with green olive tapenade followed by the savoury mushroom steaks, parsnip and white bean puree and dukkah with a side of fennel and fresh herb salad and finish of with the orange chocolate pots. Make it for yourself, your partner or a friend and enjoy!
