I have been wanting to do a meal prepping video for a long time and it’s finally here. Many of you wanted to see this video after I shared my vegan on budget grocery shopping tips a while back. In this new video I cook up two main dishes, a breakfast and a salad as well as give some snacking ideas to stock up the fridge for the week ahead. I make chana masala, a South Asian chickpea dish, smokey pumpkin and lentil soup, bircher muesli and my mother’s best cabbage salad. All dishes that store really well in the refrigerator so that you can spend your weeks focused on other tasks. Hope you enjoy!
