In this video I take you along for a day in my kitchen when I cook up three of my favourite meals containing fermented foods. Fermented foods, like sauerkraut and kimchi, are gut health power houses with their probiotics and very yummy too. I cook up this kimchi fried rice for example, a meal we repeat quite often at ours.
Besides cooking gut health promoting meals I give some tips that I have learnt over the years. Things I picked up studying basic nutrition for my health coaching certificate as well as while I’ve learned to live with IBS. There is much we can do in our day to day to make sure the little guys (i.e. good bacteria) living in our intestines are happy and thriving. I hope some of my experiences and trials can be of help to others so enjoy!
