Summer is for fresh and light meals filled to the brim with plants, right!?

Come with me in this what I eat in a day video as I eat all the fresh produce summer has to offer on a (not so, actually) hot day in Malmö. Following a heat wave we filmed this video and we were in the mood for anything fresh and full of crisp and juicy fruit and veg which resulted in delicious meals all day long. We also took a little break from cooking and explored a new (to us) lunch spot in the city called Two Forks where they make the most delicious hummus bowls. Great for inspiration if you can’t visit yourself but if you are ever in Malmö definitely give them a visit. We hope our food enjoyment and joie de summer vivre rubs off!
