Winter meals to start the new year.

In this video I throw together my current go to meal prep meals in the form of a bean dip open faced sandwich breakfast and hearty winter salad lunch. I also cook up this winter warmer mushroom and lentil ragu with parsnip mash. These meals are a few of my favourite things at the moment. Especially the salad has been a new year staple here at our house. It can be varied in all eternity and still be yummy and is a quick yet wholesome lunch on busy days. I hope you enjoy!
