Many of you have been curious about Swedish traditional food and asked me to share some more of my food heritage here. It took me a while but in this video I spend a whole day cooking vegan versions of traditional Swedish husmanskost as we call our traditional cuisine. I make the breakfast of my childhood with a berry twist, make raggmunk or potato pancakes, eat kladdkaka the most delicious simple chocolate cake and spend hours in the kitchen making cabbage roll ups or kåldolmar. I really hope you enjoy this video and want to try some Swedish foods!
