Today is an exciting day here at Good Eatings. I’ve finally created a subscription list and newsletter service for all of you. And there’s more! Each of you signing up to said newsletter will receive a free e-book with more than fifteen breakfast and brunch recipes. This is a proud moment for me and I’m hoping that you’ll all appreciate this book and see it as the treat that it was in my intention.
The book has recipes suitable for any occasion. If you need a quick fix to grab and go try the pink overnight oats or the lemon chia pudding with beet and berry compote, both perfect for day before preparation. And if your planning a brunch with friends go for the no-egg french toast, coconut oat pancakes or the tofu scramble breakfast burritos. All easy to make and delicious using whole food vegan ingredients.
When it comes to e-mail updates I’ll be starting off with a monthly newsletter and work towards weekly updates. In the future I’ll also be including some exclusive material in the newsletters, recipes not going on the blog, so that it will be an exciting experience for you guys who opt to subscribe.
