Feeling those winter blues? Well, I thought we could help each other out. I’ll start here with my best practices for relieving the winter blues. And since we’re in support mode let’s make some easy hot choc to go with our chat. You find the recipe in the video and below.

For many people autumn is when going gets tough and life just feels a little harder. However, for me and I’m sure for some of you as well these last weeks/months of winter is the hardest part of the year for me. While it’s actually starting to get noticeably brighter here in Sweden I can feel that my tank is starting to run a little empty and I need to find that spark in my every day practices. Those are the things I’m sharing in today’s video. All the things that make this last bit of winter seem manageable for me.

I hope you guys find this video useful and that you like to hear me chat a little more than usual. Please let me know if there’s anything you’d like me to cover in an upcoming video. If you didn’t know I’m actually a certified health coach and would be very happy to cover almost any wellness related topic if there’s interest.

Sending you all much love! x
